Uncapped Magical Girls are special characters who have had their maximum rarity lifted from a lower rarity to 5★.
Normally, 1★, 2★, and 3★ characters cannot be upgraded beyond 4★ rarity, and are capped at level 80. When a Magical Girl is uncapped, she can be upgraded to 5★ and her level cap is raised to 100. Additionally, she gains access to her Doppel.
While not neccesarily as good as natural 4★ characters, most uncapped Magical Girls are highly competitive, as they tend to be much easier to obtain and fully upgrade.
