How to Play

1. In Boss Events, stories are arranged on a map-like stage. Players travel from one node to the other to reach the final boss.

2. Each story node has a target meter and up to 3 battles to choose from (beginner, intermediate, and hard). To clear the node, complete the story battles until the meter fills up. You do not have to complete every battle to unlock the next node; you only need to fill up the node meter.

3. Boss quests are unlocked at the end of each story area. Boss node meters represent the boss's HP and must be brought to 0 to clear the node. Boss HP does not refill between battles, so bosses can be defeated over more than 1 battle. Defeating bosses gives special currencies and unlocks other areas.

4. All battles have a turn limit. Exceeding the limit ends the battle as a victory for the player.

Clearing a node by filling its meter grants Area Flags which can be used to acquire Yagami Hayate and her upgrades.
Mana [JP] 魔力素
[NA] Mana
Defeating bosses gives players Mana, which will increase the amount of damage dealt in the final battles.


Event Limited Magical Girl

Yagami Hayate is limited to this event! After the event ends she and her upgrade materials will not be obtainable by any means unless the event gets rerun. Be sure to purchase Hayate and all of her upgrade items from the shop before the event ends.

Note that Boss battles are turn-limited. Even if the boss is still alive at the end of the turn limit, having any character alive will result in a Victory and will complete "Clear" missions.

Boss HP carries over from battle to battle, so battling the boss again will result in their HP bar being where it was at the end of the previous battle.

Once a boss's HP is reduced to 0 the quest cannot be challenged again. Defeating area bosses fills up your power bar, which increases damage dealt to the final bosses

There are 3 final bosses at the end of the story line. Defeating all the other area bosses first increases the amount of damage dealt in the final battles. Additionally, Yagami Hayate, Fate T. Harlaown, and Takamachi Nanoha all do increased damage.
