Matching System

You have a set number of battles available each day, as noted above. On entering the Ranked Battles screen, you have 3 opponents to choose from; these are selected from other players with similar scores to you. You can change your opponents a set number of times each day.

Scoring

For each battle, your score is determined by whether you win or lose, and what bonuses you achieve. Your final score is determined by the number of wins and losses you achieve throughout the season.

Win: You gain 1,000 points for a win. The following bonuses are then applied:
- Opponent difficulty: red number next to opponent's team score on the opponent selection screen (max x1.8)
- Turn bonus: Starts at x1.4 from Turn 2 and decreases by 0.1 per turn.
- Connect bonus: For each Connect you achieve, 0.1 is added to the Turn bonus.
- Break bonus: Each day, your third battle gains an additional x1.5. Your seventh battle gains an additional x2.
The highest score possible for a normal win, therefore, is 2,700 points (1,000 x 1.5 x 1.8). On a Break point the highest possible score is 5,400 points.
You gain 3 Ranked Event coins and 6 Mirror Coins for a win

Loss: You gain 300 points for a loss. No bonuses are applied. You gain 1 Ranked Event coin and 2 Mirror Coins for a loss.

Ranked System

Ranks are set based on players' overall scores. The first part of the tournament determines your rank letter (S, A, B, etc), while the second part determines the number of stars you achieve in that rank (S1, S2, S3, etc).

Players who achieve Rank B (Silver) or higher will have their rank appear on their support list entry.

The player distribution is shown in the picture below, with each percent showing the top percentile of players:
