The Player Rank increases as they Player earns Player Experience from Completing Story Quests. When the Player Rank increases
the maximum AP cap increases. Max AP = Player Rank + 19
the number of Supports (friends) goes up when reaching certain ranks (see below)
AP and BP are fully restored.
