Nanaka gathers Natsume Kako, Chun Meiyui and Shinobu Akira for an alliance. They all have a common goal: defeating the witch that caused all of them trouble. They plan their battle strategies, and eventually defeat the witch, but it turns out that it was just a familiar which turned into the witch that it used to serve. As Nanaka explains that to Kyubey, they both remember how Nanaka found Akira's soul gem in a labyrinth, and discovered the secret about soul gems. In the end, Nanaka meets with her magical girls alliance in order to plan their next attack.
